1. How is the battery sensors installed?
Bamomas battery sensor is installed directly to the battery terminals. The current sensor ring is installed to the power cable coming from the battery or to any intercell cable. An external temperature sensor is inserted in between the battery cells. The optional water level sensor is attached on top of the BFS single-point watering system. The device can be easily installed by a technician in 10-15 minutes.
2. Does the subscription price include local networking equipment?
Network equipment and network subscriptions are specific for each application and site layout. Therefore, they are not included in the price. Please contact us with details about your site and we are ready to deliver you the optimal solution. 
3. What support is available?
Email and phone supports are available for free for all subscription tiers. If the customer deployment is large, we recommend taking the "Premium" tier where you will have a dedicated person assigned for direct support in customer deployments and operation.
3. What connectivity options are available?
Bamomas sensors are equipped with Wirepas Massive local connectivity - mesh topology network built on standard off-the-shelf 2.4GHz radio providing large area coverage with minimum infrastructure. Wirepas gateway is required for operation and it offers Wi-Fi, ethernet, or LTE connectivity. Bamomas battery sensor can also support Bluetooth and Zigbee local connectivity. 4. How is the battery sensor powered?
The sensor is powered from the battery pack itself, hence it does not require a separate power supply nor internal battery.
